Student User Account Information


All SCC students enrolled in a curriculum course are provided a user name and password to allow them access to a student email account, the campus network, Knight Life, library resources and other systems.

You may find your user name information by entering the data requested on the form below. After completing the form click the Submit button and the account information will be displayed on the screen.

Updates normally occur about 7:00 am each business day. If students register for a class during normal business hours their account information will normally be available the next business day.

Student Email

Student email accounts are available at the beginning of each semester and are normally kept for one year.

You are responsible for the contents of your email. Do not give anyone your password.

Be advised that all email correspondence using your SCC account are subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties by an authorized state official (NCGS Chapter 132).

Students using technology equipment at Surry Community College agree to abide by the Acceptable Use Policy signed at registration.
