If you would like to be considered for the spring 2009 LPN program, you need to contact Craig Smythers, Allied Health Counselor, at 336-386-3273. He will meet with you to see if you qualify to take the TEAS test on Saturday, June 7, 2008.
The requirements to take the TEAS are:
- Completed Surry Admissions application with PN as your major
- Official high school transcript and/or GED scores and official transcripts from all colleges attended submitted
- Students must have and maintain an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher in all college classes taken in the last three years, beginning in fall 2005 and including spring semester 2008.
- Competencies through ENG 090, MAT 070, and RED 090
