Pre-registration for fall semester begins (Advising Center)	July 14
In-person pre-payment begins	July 14
E-cashier window opens at 8:00 a.m. (eastern standard time)	July 14
Students can begin purchasing books in bookstore	July 14
Students with third party assistance can charge in the bookstore	July 14
On-line Distance Education orientation available	August 4
Drop/Add begins in the Advising Center	August 4
Last Day for Early Registration and Drop / Add until August 14	August 6
Tuition and Payment due by 8:00 p.m.	August 6
Students can begin charging at bookstore using Financial Aid	August 7
Final Registration Day	August 14
E-cashier window closes at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time	August 14
Final registration payment of tuition due for all students at 8:00 p.m.	August 14
Non-paid students will be deleted for non-payment at 8:00 p.m.	August 14
Cancelled classes decisions made after 8:00 p.m.	August 14
Students in cancelled classes called and told to come in by noon on 18th to adjust schedule	August 15
On-line orientation must be completed by midnight	August 17
Last day for 100% refund	August 18
Classes begin	August 19
Drop / Add Begins (Balances due each day when classes are added)	August 19
On-line classes starting by 3:00 p.m.	August 21
Last day for 75% refund for eight-week session	August 22
Last day of drop / add period	August 25
Last day for 75% refund for sixteen-week session	August 29
Last day for pell students to charge at bookstore	September 2

Financial Aid checks will be mailed	September 25
Completed financial aid file in order to receive aid on spring reg. day	October 1
