Internet Explorer 6 has been tested and rated as compatible with the Blackboard. However, some end users are not seeing a textbox or submit button when trying to type in a new discussion forum. If you still have problems after installing the patch, you will need to download the Netscape or Firefox browsers and use either one of these to access your Blackboard course.
