How do I get started?

How do I choose a pathway?
Career assessment and exploration will be included in the HRD class to help you choose a pathway that best fits you.
Will I have to pay the tuition, fees, and books?
If you are a client of the local JobLink you may qualify for assistance with these costs.
How long will it take me to complete my pathway?
All JobsNOW pathways can be completed in six months or less.
Will I receive a certificate?
You will receive a JobsNOW certificate and Career Readiness Certification when you finish your pathway.
What is Career Readiness Certification?
Career Readiness Certification is a nationally recognized system that is used to match a person's skills to a particular career. This portable certification is recognized and valued by employers who are familiar with the importance of these workplace skills. Individuals will take the WorkKeys assessments of Reading for Information, Locating Information, and Applied Mathematics. Those who demonstrate these skills have the potential to be successful in 80% of all jobs and will earn a CRC certificate.
