Construction is planned to begin this spring, with the ground- breaking ceremony on May 1, 2009.
The initial phase of the project will include a state-of-the-art commercially bonded winery, serving as a model for the industry and house innovative cruising, fermentation and barrel storage areas.

Classrooms, offices, a resource library, wine cellar, labs, and a 3,800 square foot assembly hall will be part of the center. >more
