You must have your Knight Life User ID in order to access your email. Your default password will be scc plus your 6-digit date of birth (mmddyy).
You must type your Knight Life User ID and initial password in the following format: USER ID: userid@student.surry.edu INITIAL PASSWORD: sccmmddyy (6 digit date of birth)
