How to Print PowerPoint Files

Drop-down menu - a list that drops down when a down-arrow button is clicked.

Gallery - Another term for a drop-down menu.

Print Slide Settings

1. At the PowerPoint window, print the presentation by clicking the File tab and then clicking the Print tab.
2. Click the second gallery in the Settings category (the gallery containing the text Full Page Slides) and then click 3 Slides in the Handouts section of the drop-down menu.
3. Click the last gallery in the Settings category and click Grayscale.
4. Click the Print button.
