SCC's Virtual Learning Campus provides students with Distance Education opportunities which include degree programs, individual courses, online admissions and registration, testing, financial aid information and online learning resources. Distance Education offers place-bound learners increased access and flexibility so they may effectively pursue their educational interests. Options include courses offered via the Internet, Hybrid, NC Information Highway, and Learn & Earn (for high school students).

As a learning-centered college, Surry Community College's mission of Distance Education is to provide student access to educational programs through nontraditional instructional delivery methods at times and locations convenient for students. SCC's Distance Education courses are designed with you in mind if:

The orientation will be available to new students Monday, December 21st. You will need to obtain your user account information in order to complete the orientation.
