Prerequisites for ABE/GED Basic Skills Programs. Student release form required for all students 16 or 17. There is a mandatory two day orientation required for new ABE/GED students and students returning after six months.

Entrepreneurship

NC Real: Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurs are found in almost any type of organization, not just small businesses. IN the REAL Entrepreneurship course, you will learn how to assess site, market, and financial feasibility; how to create marketing, operational, and financial plans; and how to complete a business plan. Students will have the option to enter their completed business plan into a competition with the winner receiving $250 from NC REAL. This class is suitable for anyone wishing to learn more about entrepreneurship and the components of a business plan.
