Performance Measures
The Critical Success Factors Report is an annual publication that provides performance data on the North Carolina Community College System and the individual community colleges. The report was mandated by the North Carolina General Assembly in 1989. In 1999, the State Board of Community Colleges adopted 12 performance measures for accountability. In 2007, the North Carolina General Assembly approved modification to the North Carolina Performance Measures and Standards to reduce the number of performance measures to 8.
